Luton Portal Unlocks Knowledge

Luton Council is implementing a knowlege management solution to power a portal which will provide a single, personalised access-point to information for all staff.

The solution will be rolled out initially to all staff and councillors, representing more than 2,500 users, offering streamlined access to news and documents.

In future the portal may be extended to manage general communications between citizens, partners and staff across all departments within the Council, as well as enable personalised transactions with the public.
