10 September 2003

Forthcoming new research to set to reveal how public sector website fare in dealing with the most common problems raised by clients of Citizens Advice Bureaux.

Local government ICT body Socitm announced today details of a study carried during August and September whose results will be published next month.

Researchers examined the quality, relevance and usefulness of websites from a range of central and local government bodies in providing answers to common questions across 10 different subject categories.
