|Richmond Launches E-Planning Service|
15 September 2003
Richmond Council has announced that services enabling residents to submit and track planning applications online will be available from the start of next month.
Users will be able to access the service via the Council's website at any time and view details, drawings and any background information, plus letters submitted in response to a specific application.
Councillor David Marlow, cabinet member for environment at Richmond Council, said: "This is really good news and a credit to the people in our planning department who have worked so hard to raise standards."
